The federal Office of Community Services recently issued revised Information Memorandum 116 to ensure a consistent understanding of legal requirements and procedures for termination and reduction of CSBG funding. The IM provides a sample tool for states to use to document their actions.

OCS Technical Assistance Call
The Division of State Assistance, within the Office of Community Services, will conduct a recorded technical assistance call to provide background regarding corrective action, termination or reduction of funding for eligible entities in the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program. This call, on April 9th at 10 a.m. Eastern Time, is intended for representatives of State CSBG Lead Agencies.
